the evening is meant to feel relaxed. arrive from six, settle in with cocktails and dinner, join us at half past eight before the celebration continues. other day-of information is below.

  • Guests are welcome to arrive from 6pm, at their leisure. There’s no specific arrival-by time. Below are main points of the evening:

    • host will greet guests at the center’s entrance until ~7pm,

    • dinner available ~7-8pm

    • vows 8:30pm

    • venue closure 11:30pm

    if you arrive after 7PM, simply head inside

  • A buffet of Mexican dishes and pastries will be available from approximately 7 to 8pm.

  • The evening with Kimball Arts concludes around 11:30pm local time.

    Kimball Arts is situated in Chicago’s most eclectic neighborhood, about 25 minutes (with traffic) Northwest of Willis Tower by car.

    We recommend using preferred ride hail or car services in wintery conditions.

    Kimball Arts does not have onsite parking.

    O’hare Airport (ORD) features the most connections/stops. Access Uber Black and car services from any terminal, and ride hail from Terminal 2. O’hare is 40-75 minutes from the City by car, traffic dependent.
